Mekaal LLC, operating under the trade name MLS (Mekaal Limo Service) (“we,” “us,” “our”), is committed to providing high-quality service to all our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following cancellation policy to fairly balance the needs of our customers with our operational requirements.

Notification of Cancellation

All cancellations must be made by contacting our customer service team using the contact details provided on our website. Cancellations via email or phone will be accepted.

Cancellation Fees

More than 24 hours before scheduled service: No cancellation fee. A full refund of any pre-paid charges.

Less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before scheduled service: A cancellation fee of $50 of the total booking cost will be charged.

Less than 12 hours before scheduled service or No-Show: 50% of the total booking cost or $50 (Whichever amount is greater) will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be available.

Changes to Booking

Changes to the booking details, including date, time, or location, are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, depending on the nature and timing of the changes requested.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations that meet the criteria outlined above will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to [insert number of days, e.g., “10”] business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Special Circumstances

We understand that sometimes exceptional circumstances can affect your plans. We will consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for events such as severe weather, natural disasters, death in the family, or similar extenuating circumstances. Please communicate with the support team for special circumstances request consideration. All requests will be made at the sole discretion of the support team.

Service Cancellation by Mekaal LLC

We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.

Modification of Cancellation Policy

Mekaal LLC reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website and/or informing customers directly.
