Welcome to Mekaal LLC, operating under the trade name MLS (Mekaal Limo Service) (“we,” us,” our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our online booking service, website, mobile applications, and limousine and black car services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

When booking services through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your booking requirements. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you when booking.

Limitation of Liability

Mekaal LLC, including its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use, or inability to access or use the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mekaal LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the local laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
